- An accepted paper must be registered as one or more "Participant" during the early bird period.
- One "Participant" registration can cover up to two accepted paper’s presentations including the registered person as an author. If three or more papers are accepted and there is one registered "Participant," even students must register as a "Participant." If you have a complicated case that you are not sure about, please contact us.
- Upon registration, students must present their student ID at the reception desk.
- The registration fee for all members includes a banquet ticket, except for the 3rd-day-only registration. Please note that those who register after July 13 may not be accommodated for the banquet, owing to limitations in venue arrangements.
- The 3rd-day-only registration only grants access to the invited talk and tutorials on July 28, 2025.
Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) with a credit card through the online system.
Applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail when the payment is completed. No registration and/or reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment.
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee will NOT be refundable from July 1, 2025.
Visa
If you require a visa, you are responsible for preparing the necessary documents and submitting your application. Please consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for details. The MVA2025 Organizing Committee will provide some of the documents listed below. However, please note that these documents are, in principle, for authors of papers accepted by MVA2025.
- Visa application forms provided by MOFA
If you require these forms, kindly fill in the applicant information in PDF format and send them via this link. The filenames of those forms should include your paper ID. For example, visa_application_111.pdf
(where 111
is the paper ID).
The information of the Guarantor/Inviting person in Japan will be added to the forms, and their certificate of employment will also be attached to them.
