Registration
Please drop by at the registration desk located at the southwest side EV Hall of the 2nd floor when you first arrive at the venue.
The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
- July 26 (Saturday): 8:30-17:00
- July 27 (Sunday): 8:30-17:30
- July 28 (Monday): 8:45-16:00
Participants registered as students should present their student IDs at the registration desk.
We will provide a name tag at the registration desk, so please always wear them during the conference including the banquet (They will serve as entry passes).
Presentation instructions
Conference Slack
We have sent out the Slack invitation link via email for meeting announcements and related updates. Please check your inbox. We will begin sharing important information before the conference starts, so please join as soon as possible. Please use the Conference Slack to ask questions instead of sending emails.
Proceedings
Online proceedings will be accessible to participants during the conference. The URL will be announced via the Conference Slack. The official proceedings will be available after the conference on IEICE Archives and IEEE Xplore.
Banquet
We welcome all participants (including students) to join the Banquet.
