Presentation Guide
For Oral Presenters
- Presentation slide
 - The duration of an oral presentation is 20 minutes, including 5 minutes allocated for discussion, comments, and Q&A.
 - A projector will be used for the presentation. Please prepare your slides in either 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio.
 - Oral presenters must bring a device capable of outputting slides to the projector via HDMI.
 - Poster Presentation
 - All oral presenters are also required to participate in the poster session immediately following their oral presentation.
 - The maximum poster size is A0 portrait (841 mm width × 1189 mm height).
 - Please ensure that text and figures are large enough to be clearly visible from a distance of approximately 2 meters.
 - Your poster number will be announced after presenter registration.
 
For Poster Presenters

 - Your poster number will be announced after presenter registration.
 - 1-Minute Snapshot Video
 - The author should also provide a 1-minute video in MP4 format (maximum file size: 50MB).
 - The video should include an English narration that explains your work (maximum length: 1 minute, with audio).
 - These videos will be compiled and presented as highlights in a spotlight session before each poster session.
 - We recommend including a speaker overlay in the top-right corner of the video.
 - Please begin the video with a 5-second static frame displaying the paper title and author names.
- Please submit your video at this form (deadline: 7/7).
 - Please set the filename to 
MVA2025-PaperID.mp4. - You can resubmit the video anytime until the deadline.
