Concurrent Review Schedule for IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems

Submission Deadline: January 14, 2027, 23:59 JST
First Notification: February 10, 2027
Revision Deadline: March 10, 2027
Second Notification: March 30, 2027

Authors may simultaneously submit the same paper to IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems. The paper will be reviewed by the Transactions independently of MVA, so the review results may differ. If accepted by the Transactions, the paper will be published as a letter.

If the paper is accepted by both MVA and the Transactions, it will not be included in the MVA proceedings.
The publication fee for the Transactions must be paid separately.

Please note that, as MVA 2027 will be held approximately three months earlier than in previous years, the paper submission deadline is also earlier than usual.

MVA 2027 does not consider a paper on arXiv.org as a dual submission.
MVA 2027 will present a Best Paper Award, Best Application Paper Award, and Best Poster Award.
