• Guide for Authors that explains how to prepare your camera-ready manuscript: the guide itself serves as an example (LaTeX style file, LaTeX source, MS-WORD document).
  For invited speakers, the committee has different policy. Please read the invitation letter or contact us.
• Acknowledgement-of-Receipt Card that will be returned to you upon receipt of your manuscript. Please address this card to yourself and attach it to the manuscript.
• Poster Session Information that provides information for preparing your poster. (for poster presenters only)
• Presentation Equipment Inquiry that inquires what type of equipment you would like to use for your presentation. (for oral presenters only)
• Return-Address Label that can be used to send your manuscript.
• Registration form that is necessary for your manuscript to be published. The pre-registration fee is applied. The authors are obliged to make at least one pre-registration per paper whose registration fee is not refundable. In case you make presentations of plural papers, at least proceedings fee (20,000 yen per each) must be paid for each extra presentation, in addition to one proper registration. If you pay the registration fee by wire transfer, you must attach a copy of the certificate of wire transfer. This wire transfer must include any extra charges for your manuscript.

• Hotel Reservation sheet(PDF file, Word file) that must be completed and must be sent to Mitsui Garden Hotel Nara directly no later than November 20, 2002 if you would like to reserve the hotel rooms reserved by the committee.
