Note:
- Time zone is JST.
- All registrations except "Non-presenter student" include a copy of the proceedings and banquet attendance.
- For participants other than speakers, the registration fee can be refunded, less a handling fee, only when a written notice of cancellation is received no later than May 14, 2013.

On-line registration has been closed.
Registration procedures are different depending on where you participate in the conference from.
For participants from outside Japan:
You are requested to register at http://www.mva-org.jp/mva2013/reg/registration.html. Payment of the fee can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For credit-card payment, your credit card information must be sent by FAX. We do not accept personal checks.
For participants from Japan:
You are requested to register at http://www.mva-org.jp/mva2013/reg/registration-ja.html. Payment of the fee must be made by bank transfer. We do not accept personal checks.
